If you are an owner, the current monthly HOA expense is $325. What does that pay for?
There is a pool on premises, south of building 464, which is available to all condo owners and guests. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
There's an area behind, and to the sides of the condos, which goes all the way to the lake, that is mowed about once a week.
Around the front and sides of the 454 and 464 buildings, there's landscaping that's cared for.
There are two wells on the property. One feeds building 454 and another feeds building 464. Before that, however, the water is treated for iron then processed with chlorine in the pump house between the condo buildings before entering each condo building.
Our water system is professionally managed by Culligan.
In addition to weekly landscaping work, there's daily sweeping, spider web removal, and other misc tasks. Other, larger outside maintenance issues, like staining, roofing, septic, and parking lot are all part of the HOA's responsibility.
