Assigned Parking

Each condo has a marked spot for parking one vehicle. The reserved spots for each condo are marked with the condo number on red and white signs. In the above photo, you can see the signs in front of each parking location. In the photo below, you can see a close-up of the sign. Each one is clearly marked with the building number and condo number so there should be no confusion parking in the lot.

Overflow Parking

There are other parking spots in the lot, that are not marked are not marked with red and white signs, and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis for condo visitors only. In the photo above, you can see there are some parking spots in front of the 454 (right side) building, and there are extra parking spots near the pool and 464 building.

In the photo below, you can see the signs the denote the overflow parking.

During the summer peak period, we ask that all visitors limit the number of vehicles to a minimum. Remember to be aware of your fellow condo visitors.

Boat Trailers

Parking a boat trailer, in the summer, during the busy time, in the parking lot, overflow, or on the street can cause major issues, so please refrain from parking boat trailers in the lot.
